Welcome to Local Town Products (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, purchases from our online store, and use of products sold by Local Town Products.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing or using our products.

1. Products and Intended Use

Local Town Products sells 3D-printed plastic topographical maps representing towns, cities, and geographic regions.

Our products are intended for indoor decorative display on a stable shelf or tabletop, or for wall display using an appropriate mounting method. They are not designed to serve as toys, climbing aids, load-bearing objects, engineering components, official surveying documents, navigation devices, or emergency response tools.

Our maps are artistic representations of geographic terrain. Although we strive for accuracy, terrain details, elevations, dimensions, colors, and other features may differ from actual geographic conditions or authoritative mapping data.

Minor variations in color, surface texture, visible printing layers, finish, and appearance may occur as a normal result of 3D printing and manufacturing.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, dimensions, materials, photographs, and intended-use information before purchasing. Local Town Products does not provide mounting, hanging, installation, or assembly instructions. Customers are responsible for independently determining whether and how a product can be safely displayed or installed in their intended location.

2. All Sales Final — No-Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations for change of mind, buyer's remorse, incorrect customer selections, or subjective preferences regarding the appearance of a product that substantially matches its description.

Please carefully review your order and the product information before completing your purchase.

This policy does not apply where a return, cancellation, replacement, refund, or other remedy is required by applicable law. For example, legal remedies may be available when a product is defective, materially misrepresented, not delivered, or otherwise subject to consumer protection requirements.

If an order cannot be shipped within the applicable legally required timeframe, we will provide any required notice and opportunity to consent to a delay or cancel the order for a refund.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

3. Indoor Use, Humidity, and Environmental Limitations

Our 3D-printed plastic maps are intended for dry, indoor environments with reasonably stable temperature and humidity. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a product listing, our maps are not designed or advertised for outdoor use.

Customers must not display or store products in conditions that may compromise their structural integrity or appearance, including:

• Outdoors, including patios, porches, yards, and other exposed areas.

• Bathrooms, saunas, greenhouses, or other locations with persistently high humidity or condensation.

• Locations exposed to rain, water leaks, splashes, immersion, or standing water.

• Windowsills or other locations subject to prolonged direct sunlight.

• Near heaters, fireplaces, hot appliances, or other sources of excessive heat.

• Vehicles, unconditioned sheds, or other environments with substantial temperature fluctuations.

• Areas exposed to freezing temperatures or other extreme environmental conditions.

Depending on the plastic used, heat, ultraviolet light, moisture, and environmental fluctuations may cause warping, deformation, discoloration, brittleness, cracking, or other deterioration.

Customers are responsible for selecting an appropriate display location and following any product-specific care information provided.

Damage caused by exposure to environmental conditions outside the stated intended use is not eligible for a voluntary refund or replacement under our change-of-mind policy. This does not exclude remedies required by applicable law.

4. Product Safety and Customer Responsibilities

Our maps are decorative objects, not load-bearing or safety-rated products.

Customers are responsible for displaying and handling our products safely. To reduce the risk of property damage or personal injury, customers should observe the following precautions:

Shelf or tabletop display: Place the map on a stable, level surface capable of supporting its weight, away from edges and locations where it could easily be knocked over.

Wall display and installation: Local Town Products does not provide mounting, hanging, installation, or assembly instructions, and does not provide installation services. Our products are sold as decorative items, and we do not represent that any particular mounting or hanging method is suitable for a specific product, wall type, or installation location.

Customers who choose to mount or hang a product are responsible for independently determining whether the product is suitable for that application and selecting appropriate mounting hardware and installation methods. Customers should consider the product's weight, dimensions, design, the condition and material of the mounting surface, and other relevant factors. If uncertain, customers should consult a qualified professional before attempting installation.

Improper mounting or installation may cause a product to fall, potentially resulting in property damage or personal injury. Customers should not attempt to mount, hang, or assemble a product if they cannot determine a safe and appropriate method.

Safe placement: Keep the map away from locations where it may be struck, knocked loose, or exposed to excessive vibration.

Children and Small Parts: Our products are decorative items and are not intended as toys. These products have not been tested or certified for use by infants or young children. Keep them out of reach of infants and young children. Broken or detached plastic pieces may present choking or injury hazards.

Pets: Keep the product away from pets that may chew, knock over, or swallow parts of it.

Weight limitations: Never stand, sit, climb, hang, or place substantial weight on the map.

Inspection: Inspect the map periodically for cracks, loose components, deformation, or other visible damage. If you use a mounting system, inspect its hardware and installation periodically as well.

Damaged products: Stop displaying a damaged or unstable product until it can be made safe.

Broken plastic may produce sharp edges or small fragments. Customers should handle damaged products carefully and keep broken pieces away from children and pets.

Customers are responsible for selecting an appropriate display location and, if they choose to mount or hang a product, independently determining and arranging a suitable installation method. Local Town Products does not provide mounting, hanging, installation, or assembly instructions or installation services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any legal responsibility that Local Town Products may have under applicable law.

These precautions do not eliminate any legal duties that Local Town Products may have concerning product design, manufacturing, warnings, or safety. Nothing in this section excludes liability where such an exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

5. Product Liability and Limitation of Liability

Customers acknowledge that improper handling, storage, or display of a physical object may create risks, including falling objects, cuts from broken components, property damage, and personal injury.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Local Town Products will not be responsible for loss or damage to the extent it results from:

• Use contrary to the product's stated intended purpose or written safety information.

• Improper storage, handling, or display by the customer or a third party.

• Exposure to environmental conditions outside the product's stated limitations.

• Unauthorized alteration, modification, or repair.

• Failure to take reasonable precautions after a product becomes visibly damaged.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Local Town Products will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.

These limitations apply only to the extent legally enforceable. They do not exclude or limit liability for product defects, negligence, fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury, death, or other matters where applicable law prohibits such an exclusion or limitation.

Nothing in these terms means that Local Town Products is automatically free from responsibility for every injury, death, or property damage associated with a product. Any applicable limitation of liability must be interpreted consistently with the law governing the claim.

6. Product Quality and Warranties

We make reasonable efforts to manufacture products with care, inspect them as appropriate, and provide accurate product descriptions.

Product photographs are illustrative. Actual colors and surface finishes may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes, lighting, and display settings.

Except for express warranties we provide and to the extent permitted by law, we do not offer additional voluntary warranties beyond those expressly stated.

Any disclaimer of implied warranties applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms eliminates an implied warranty, statutory guarantee, or other consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

If you believe a product has a manufacturing defect or arrived damaged, contact us at customerhelp@localtownproducts.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs where available. Please contact us promptly so we can investigate and determine any appropriate remedy.

A request for assistance or a legally required remedy will not be denied solely because our general policy states that all sales are final.

All product dimensions listed on our website are approximate. Due to the nature of our 3D-printing and manufacturing processes, actual product dimensions may vary by up to approximately 1/2 inch from the listed dimensions.

Customers should account for these potential variations when purchasing a product and determining whether it will fit their intended display location. Minor dimensional variations within this stated range are considered normal manufacturing variations and do not, by themselves, constitute a product defect or qualify for a voluntary refund under our change-of-mind policy.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law, including remedies for products that are materially misrepresented or otherwise fail to meet legal requirements.

7. Orders, Payments, and Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information, contact information, and shipping addresses.

Prices, product descriptions, and availability are subject to correction if an error occurs. We may cancel an order where permitted by law if a material listing or pricing error occurs. If payment has already been collected, we will provide any refund required by law.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be disclosed during checkout as required.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders when reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, inventory issues, or legal compliance concerns, subject to applicable law.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders within the timeframe stated on our website or in our order confirmation.

We will not advertise or promise shipping timelines without a reasonable basis for believing we can meet them.

If we cannot ship an order within the applicable required timeframe, we will provide any legally required delay notice and offer the customer the required options, including cancellation and a refund when applicable.

Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, transportation disruptions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional charges or delays associated with an incorrect address may apply where permitted by law.

If a package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly so we can investigate with the carrier and determine the appropriate next steps.

Nothing in this section eliminates any consumer rights or remedies required by applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, original product designs, photographs, branding, logos, website content, and written descriptions created by Local Town Products belong to us or are used with permission.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit protected content without permission or other lawful authorization.

Geographic information, map data, and third-party materials may be subject to separate intellectual property rights. We do not claim ownership of third-party material merely because it is represented in one of our products.

10. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or use website content in violation of applicable law or another party's rights.

We may restrict website access or decline transactions when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, protect website security, or comply with legal obligations.

11. Privacy

Local Town Products may collect and process personal information, such as names, email addresses, shipping addresses, billing information, and order details, as necessary to operate our website, process payments, fulfill orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

We handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws. We do not sell customer email addresses to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising rights or pursuing remedies available under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to that customer or transaction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise permitted by law. Changes will not retroactively eliminate rights a customer has already acquired.

14. AI-Generated and Enhanced Product Images

Local Town Products may use artificial intelligence (AI), digital editing, and other image-processing tools to create lifestyle images, product presentations, and promotional materials.

These images may depict our products in simulated settings, including shelves, rooms, and other interior environments. They are intended to illustrate the product's appearance and potential display options.

AI-generated or digitally enhanced images may not be exact representations of the physical product, its actual color, texture, dimensions, finish, or surrounding environment. Customers should refer to the written product description, listed specifications, and actual product photographs when evaluating a product before purchase.

We strive to ensure that all product images and descriptions accurately represent the products offered for sale. We do not intend to use AI-generated or enhanced images to misrepresent product features, materials, included accessories, or the product customers will receive.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection or advertising laws.
